This consists of an immediate stress test involving a simple questionnaire followed by a complete life history with our comments and follow-up questions in most cases. Click here to start now! 2nd Step:After step 1, we can go directly to step 2. FtM's take the FMX unexpected masculinity test and MtF's the unexpected femininity test. Intergendered clients may consider taking the same tests based on the sex assigned (even if the client does not accept the original sex assignment). Click here for MFX test access! 3rd Step:After completing Steps 1 & 2, we will need to evaluate your present mental health through an MMPI screening if you are planning to have a complete evaluation for the purposes of an eventual transition and HRT (hormone replacement therapy). You will go to the test instructions page with 566 questions and after completing all the questions and scale scores at the bottom of the page, you will submit it to us. Other Steps:Step 3, the MMPI report, includes a final evaluation report. From that point on, we will work closely with you to determine what additional steps, if any, you will need to take, such as a TransPack for a 6-months orientation for transition and HRT for MtF or FtM… or a referral letter for local HRT … or perhaps nothing, depending on your particular results and needs. For example, almost all Intergender clients may need only the MFX or FMX tests to better understand the dynamics of their own gender identity development since almost all research has excluded Intergender identities from their models of gender development which only reinforce the binary model.
