Letters to the Editor are considered for publication (subject to editing and abridgment) provided they do not contain material that has been submitted or published elsewhere.

• The text, has no extension limitations, over 1000 words.
  
  
• A letter must have no more than 10 references and one figure or table.
  
• You will be asked to include your full address, and e-mail address.
  
• You will receive an e-mailed acknowledgement of your submission. Please do not submit duplicate copies by mail.
  
• We accept only e-letters, as emails with annexes, and .gif or .jpeg figures or pictures. The annexed may be in .doc or even .text. We do not accept .pdf letters, or any other format.
  
• You may send us letters in English, Portuguese, French or Spanish. Other languages we cannot publish now.
  

We will notify you when we have made a decision about publication. Rejected letters and figures will not be returned. We are unable to provide prepublication proofs. Submission of a letter constitutes permission for Gendercare Gender Clinic, its licensees, and its assignees to use it in the Journal’s various print and electronic publications and in collections, revisions, and any other form or medium.
