for MtF & FtM
We will accompany you step by step, for your complete Evaluation, Transition and sexual Adaptation, guiding the
process of transition MTF or FTM before, during and after your surgeries (including SRS), until you complete
your full transition and we will prepare you for a new sex life, well adjusted to the new reality.

Confirmed the deposit (with or without fragmentation on your card, or by other means you have chosen in PagSeguro), notice us and we can start the service, through our instructions for the Evaluation steps immediately.
Resident abroad, we can only answer to this plan if you pay through the Western Union system (no ClickBank possibility). The procedure is similar to that followed by residents in Brazil. The work includes three major stages: Evaluation, Transition and Adaptation:
Your EVALUATION includes 3 steps:
Then we need, through an online test, know your gender self-perception development dynamic (the way your gender identity develops), and compare your development with typical developments we determined for already established typical groups of people.
Finally, completing the EVLUATION, we need to verify your mental health condition - a screening test using MMPI.
You will receive after each step, all the documents generated for your archives at your personal HD. So all files will be saved on your computer.
TRANSITION - How we monitor / advise:
First of all we need to know how you are. Now we know who you are and your need for a transition, but still we do not know your body and how you are now.
Send us a query first by telling us:
Now we need to know your situation, in order to verify which corrections are needed.
We ask for pictures as a first step, to start this process.
We will specify the photos with the progress of the transition, but at the start-up of TRANSITIONwe need 3 photos of face and hair and 3 others of the whole body, in swimming clothes, always one in front, one in profile and a back picture.
We would also receive, both for MTF's and FTM's, recorded voice files (mp3 or wav format), with natural and forced (MTF for women's voices and men's voices for FTM's).
Then we need to know in detail:
The closer the contact with us the better - for the patient and for us.
Will certainly be very important a local medical assistance for the monitoring of health in general, during the transition.
We oversee the transition at distance, but a local monitoring of general health - not specialized but mainly general - will always be convenient, especially for more mature patients, over 40 years.
This local general clinician may also collaborate asking your local health care system (governmental or private), blood tests (to ask) and prescriptions.
It will be very interesting that we can be in contact with the local medical service by email, for the quality of our overall patient care.
As hormone therapy affects the body, a rigorous control of your liver and cardio vascular functions is necessary.
MTF patients need also strict control of prolactin.
We will send you a signed referral letter for HRT (hormone therapy), if you want, confirming his assessment and showing your need for hormonal follow-up and transition.
With this letter we will send you the blood tests that are needed (your local doctor may add exams but not eliminate what we ask for, please).
Since the blood tests results are ready you will scan and send us as e-mail attachment to start the hormone treatment.
Periodically, every six months in principle, we need to reassess these or other tests - complete or partially.
We can only GET YOUR HRT-hormone therapy after a first series of tests.
Upon receipt of the results of these initial series of blood tests we can begin immediately hormone therapy.
To do so, we will send you instructions by email.
You will strictly follow what we ask, buying in a pharmacy nearby, or you can show to your local clinic and request a formal local prescription if deemed necessary. We can not send prescriptions through the Web - but as one option you may buy hormones through web-pharnacies or also we may send you hormones through our Kit Cecy MtF (no option for FtM's until now).
You will keep us informed of all, sending us emails at any time throughout the period of transition.
If and when necessary, we may request more photos, more blood tests and more feed back and we hope you will take the initiative to inform us of everything.
After some time, you will need and be prepared for surgeries (breast implants, eventually facial feminization (FFS), hair implants, Adam's apple - for MtF girls or removal of breasts (mastectomy) for chest reconstruction, internal surgeries (ovariectomy, hysterectomy complete), for FtM boys. All referral letters necessary for surgeons, we will send to your address to perform surgeries with the best experts of your choice - with our orientation.
On the moment you need and is prepared to have a SRS surgery - a neocolpovulvoplasty for girls or MTF a metaioidioplasty (possibly neophalloplasty) for boys FTM we will provide the referral letter for the surgery in Brazil, Thailand or abroad, with the surgeon of your choice about whom we agreed, after thoroughly discussing pros and cons of different techniques. All skilled surgeons, always excellent - we work only with the best of the best - and most of the time they are not the more expensive choices.
Defined the technique and the surgeon, we put the patient in direct contact with the clinic for the discussion of trading conditions among them, and if the clinic has previously been engaged to give any discount for Gendercare, this discount will be passed to the patient - the patient will previously be aware of the special discounts possible.

Scheduled for surgery in Brazil, Thailand or abroad, the Gendercare will be in contact with the clinic, to be aware of
the progress of the surgery, or possible problems, and monitor the situation of the patient through the web until the patient
is in good health and ready for the journey home.
We will track the postoperative patient, instructing about procedures and hormones, and for MtF's we will counsel how to take care of dilation dynamics to have a perfect development for girls MTF's and the same for FTM's, for the period as necessary, until the full physical and psychological recovery after the surgery, and we provide all guidance on sexology to the patient to adapt fully to the new life.
After this adaptation period is completed, with full adjustment, we may close our services for that patient.
